The Dreame X50's climbing feet handle 2.36" raised transitions reliably. This is the predecessor to the Leap Wheels system that ships on the Dreame Matrix10 and Dreame Aqua10 Ultra — same engineering concept, slightly less travel. For most real homes with normal transitions between hardwood and tile, between living room and kitchen, the X50 handles them without drama. If you have unusually tall thresholds (3" or more), the newer Leap Wheels models are worth the step-up. Otherwise the X50's system is fine.
